Terms of service

01. Commissions are discussed through Telegram messages or through Discord DM's.
02. You need a SFW (Safe For Work), FLAT coloured reference sheet to commission me. No need to be detailed, but I need a picture to draw your commission. I don't work with descriptions.
03. I enjoy having artistic freedom, but if you have something specific in mind, please give me an idea of what you would like with as much detail as you can!
04. Please don't edit my art without my permission. Feel free to use it as icon or banner, but remember to leave credit somewhere if my signature isn't visible.
05. You are not allowed to trace nor steal my work. Don't use my art for Artificial Intelligence training, prompts or anything related.
06. I mostly draw dragons and canines, but check with me directly if I can draw your idea or OC.
07. I will NOT draw: NSFW, fetish art, mechs, vehicles, detailed city scenes.
08. All art created by me can be reposted but ONLY with credit to my Twitter, Bluesky or Furaffinity. (Version without my watermark is NOT allowed for the public use, only personal.)
09. You can ask for the commission to be private, in that case I won't upload it to any of my profiles.
10. You CAN'T use the artwork for any commercial and profit purpose.
11. I have the right to cancel a commission without explanation.Price, Payment and Refunds
01. I take payments only through PayPal. I need your PayPal email to send you the invoice.
02. I will not start on a piece until full payment has been made.
03. Prices ARE negotiable depending on your financial status. If you can’t afford it all at once, we can sort out a payment plan!
04. Refunds will be 75% of the full price once sketch phase is done. Only 50% of the full price if the project is outlined and full colours. Beyond that I won't give refunds. Not negociable.
05. I will post WIPs in my social media unless the client requests to keep it private.Process and Updates
01. I will always send a rough WIP sketch after payment has been completed. In the case of YCH, will start with the lineart.
02. Edits are possible ONLY during sketching/linearting/flat colors phase! Make sure everything is correct at this point! Keep in mind my YCH can have some edits depeding of the OC but major changes won't be accepted unless I post otherwise.
03. I'm usually good at keeping up with messages. If you are curious to see the progress, please feel free to message me. Keep in mind I have a work so probably I wont be available at office hours on my timezone (UTC−06:00). I will try to contact once I'm free.
04. When project is complete you will get .png files sent via stash link/email.
05. I normally work any day of the week due to my normal work, but probably you will see more progress each weekend.
